*NOTE* This transcription was updated on February 10, 2002. I realized that I had made a mistake on my original attempted and tabbed the wrong third note of the verse lead guitar (guitar 2). I have also changed a few minor details in order to combine both versions of this song. I was originally going to have a seperate file for each version, but the recordings are so similar that I realized that doing so would be illogical.
