Tuning: Standard, NO Capo
Tabbed By: Mike Shiposh

I learned this one before visiting your site, and I thought this
version may play a little easier. Just another way to skin a cat.
/ = slide up
* = slap mute
(#) = play in transition (usually plays naturally; listen to the
song and you'll pick it up)
Intro/Verse/Chorus
e-------------------------------------------------------
B-----6-*-6--------6-*-6--------6-*-6-------6-*-6-------
G-----5-*-5--------5-*-5--------5-*-5-------5-*-5-------
D--/3-----(3)-------------------------------------------
A---------------3-----(3)----------------3-----(3)------
E-----------------------------6----(6)------------------ Repeat
Pre-Chorus
"If you want love, we'll make it..." and then "This is bound
to be a while"
e---5-----3---- ---------------------------------------
B---6-----6---- ----6-*-6-------6-*-6-------6-------6--
G---5-----5---- ----5-*-5-------5-*-5-------5-------5--
D-0-0---0-0---- ---------------------------------------
A-------------- ---------------------------------------
E-------------- --3----(3)----5----(5)----6----6-6-----Back to Chorus
Since the song is played with a bass player, I let the chords
right to fill the blanks. The slap in the second part is
optional.
Bridge "Damn baby... You frusterate me..."
This doesn't seem to be completely correct at the end, but it is close:
e--1---3-------3---
B--3---1-----1-----
G--0---0---0-------
D------------------
A------------------
E------------------
This is where it gets tricky... In the song, it seems that only the
upper end is being played by the guitar, and the main instrumental is
on the bass, therefore making it:
e----------------8--
B--6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--
G--5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--
D-------------------
A-------------------
E-------------------
It sounds better if you fill in a bass line... even make one up and
just play with it. I'm not a big improv player, but its a good
section to have fun with on your own.
Hope this helps...
